Hello Vendors,

We’re excited to announce that the vendor application for the 2025 Roseland Cinco de Mayo Festival is now available! This year, we’ve streamlined the application and payment process to be entirely online for your convenience. Please take the time to review the Vendor Rules & Guidelines before reaching out with questions, as many common inquiries are addressed in this document.

Important Updates for 2025

Due to ongoing construction and feedback from last year’s vendor survey, booth locations will be set farther from the stage. This means we have fewer booth spaces available than last year. Additionally, the parking situation will be changing, and we are actively working on solutions. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Rolling Application Process

Vendors will be accepted on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible for the best chance of securing a spot. Upon acceptance, you will receive an email confirming your status along with instructions for making your payment online via card or bank account or by check through the mail.

¡Estamos emocionadas de anunciar que la solicitud para vendedores del Festival Cinco de Mayo Roseland 2025 ya está disponible! Este año, hemos simplificado el proceso de solicitud y pago para que sea completamente en línea y más conveniente para ustedes. Les pedimos que revisen cuidadosamente el documento de Reglas y Pautas para Vendedores antes de contactarnos con preguntas, ya que muchas de sus dudas pueden estar respondidas ahí.

Actualizaciones Importantes para 2025

Debido a la construcción en la zona y a los comentarios de la encuesta para vendedores del año pasado, las ubicaciones de los puestos estarán más alejadas del escenario. Esto significa que habrá menos espacios disponibles que el año pasado. Además, la situación de estacionamiento cambiará este año, y estamos trabajando para encontrar una solución. Apreciamos su paciencia y comprensión.

Proceso de Solicitud Continua

Los vendedores serán aceptados de manera continua, por lo que les recomendamos enviar su solicitud lo antes posible para aumentar sus posibilidades de ser aceptados. Una vez aceptados, recibirán un correo electrónico con la confirmación de su estado y las instrucciones para realizar el pago en línea con tarjeta o cuenta bancaria, o por cheque a través del correo postal.

Dear Vendor Participant,

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 16th Annual Roseland Cinco de Mayo Festival on Monday, May 5, 2025.  The festival hours are from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.  Our last festival was a huge success thanks to your participation and all the people that attended this event. This is a unique free admission, safe, family friendly, and alcohol free event!

Prior to COVID, the attendance was estimated to be over 10,000 people. This is a local event and our intent is to feature local entertainment, vendors, businesses, and non-profits!

The application includes festival information, vendor requirements, rules and guidelines, and refund policy.  The vendor rules and guidelines will be strictly enforced to insure the safety and quality of the event.

This event is self-funded and organized by community volunteers.  The Santa Rosa Cinco de Mayo Committee relies on sponsors, donations, and booth sales to finance this annual festival.  The vendor/booth rates are to cover costs associated with this event.

We greatly appreciate your involvement with the festival and welcome your business or group’s participation at the 2025 Cinco de Mayo Festival! Your vendor packet includes all of the forms and information needed.

We are committed to offering a wide variety of food options at our festival. As such, applications will be considered based on food offerings and first come first serve basis. Consideration for best location will be based on when the committee receives your completed application packet.  Application packet must include all requested documents and payment fee at time of submission.
